Top notch solar installer!
From the very first meeting with James right through to installation with Dan and Dan we have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Fusion Solar.
I had multiple companies come and quote for our system and while some of them were very good, James came and made sure we were getting a system that we needed, not just now but including future plans. He opened our eyes to scenarios and equipment that could be really useful to us and then gave us a cracking quote on top of all that.
Once we had accepted the quote it was a rapid turnaround and they booked the install within a few weeks! Much quicker than expected. We possibly got a little lucky with a fast DNO application but very happy overall!
Dan and Dan on the install team were incredibly professional throughout. Obviously experienced and knowledgeable in their craft, they explained what they were doing and why at each step. They worked quickly and efficiently, they were respectful of our home and tidied up after themselves. When they had problems to troubleshoot they made sure they were sorted before the job was finished. They even came back to replace our hot water cylinder thermostat as it was causing an issue with the MyEnergi Eddi we had installed with the solar system.
We have had a wholly positive experience with Fusion Solar and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know that’s looking to install a solar and battery system.
